Orders are shipped and delivered on the same day for orders that arrive before 4pm. Otherwise, they are scheduled for the next day.
There is no shipping and delivery for orders on Friday, which is the only rest day for the Petaholic team
All discount codes for the store do not include cat and dog food.
The customer has the right to exchange and return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product has not been used and in the packaging in which it was received.
The customer also bears the shipping or delivery fees to Betaholic upon return or exchange
Except in one case, if the product is defective, Betaholic will bear the delivery and shipping fees
This does not include food, vitamins, liquid care products, and toiletries used.
It is not possible to exchange or return the devices after opening them or trying them out and putting food or sand in them
Transport cages for pets cannot be exchanged or returned
